I went to boot camp Tuesday and yoga today.
Just so you all know, I'll be coming to Utah with the kids. I'll be there for 3 whole weeks, yikes. Grant will drive up with us Saturday, February 21st and then catch a flight home on Sunday. He will then fly back up on Saturday, March 14th and drive us back down the next day. I wish he could spend more time with us, but he's got classes and ball games that he can't miss. Anyway, the purpose of the trip is to help my cousin's wife with the birth of their baby. I'll be staying at their house in Bountiful. I'm there for the birth, but I've extended my trip so that I can go to my brother's dance competition on March 14th. Anyway, once the baby is born I think we'll want to give the mom and baby some time alone. We'd love to come and visit the family. Karen, are you coming to Utah at all? Can we come up and visit you for a few days? Will the Clark kids be getting together at all during that time? We would all love to see everybody. Maybe we can come stay with the Joneses for a few days? Just wanted to throw that at you. Unfortunately I can't make specific plans since my time will revolve around when the baby comes. But as soon as it's here, I'll know better what free time I have. Also, if it comes early (before we're suppose to come up), then we might not come at all.
So, who wants to party?!?!?

I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.
Cheney
I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.
Karen
I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

Yoga once a week, bootcamp twice a week, jog 20 minutes twice a week, be an incredibly fabulous nurse once a week and chase Troy for 3 hours once a week!

I will play basketball on Tues and Thurs for 1-2 hours

If I could yell on screen, then I would. I cannot tell you how much we would love for you to come. Let's talk calendar when you can. It is possible we will be at Janet's the weekend of Feb 21, but we would need to be heading out of town by early afternoon so Dan can get home and go to sleep. Wahoooooooooo!!!!!!! Can't wait to see you!
That will be quite a break for you, Stacy. Don't forget to keep up with some physical activity! ha, ha. You always have plenty of that going on!
Sarah's B Day Princess Party at my house on the afternoon of the 21st. Come and bring your princesses! Other than that, you can come anytime and stay as long as you want. How's that for flexible!
You know I love a good party! I'll be there whenever you guys tell me to be there.
