So it's 8:00 p.m. I want ice cream. I did not have sugar all day, at all, all day, like I threatened. But now I want ice cream. Though I did not run away today, I did not walk either. SO I decide to reward myself with ice cream after I walk, 13 hours later than usual, but walk. So I get on the treadmill, slippers and all. It would take far too much effort to put on my walking shoes that I stratigically keep on the floor right next to the treadmill. So I decide 10 minutes will be good, just to say I did it. I usually don't look at the timer. But I did. Oh - My - God! Has it really only been 30 seconds? Yes, a 10 minute walk will do. So I let my mind wander for a bit, then check again. You have got to be KIDDING ME! Two minutes?! Walk, walk, walk. I don't know, maybe I'll quit at 5 minutes. Another peek at the timer... CAN IT SERIOUSLY BE ONLY 3 MINUTES? Okay, then. A three minute walk it is. Time for ice cream.

Way to do that 3 minutes! You should give yourself a pat on the back for even getting on that treadmill. You can say you did your best and that is alot!
