I can't help but sing along...

So this morning I walked my broken, achy body at a slow 2 mph. Then I took my body to the doctor where I tested positive for strep. Not supprising as I spent all day yesterday in my bed moaning and groaning. I did everything I could to avoid antibiotics but don't have another week to spare (physically or emotionally).

The good news is, it's Thursday and I've been up at 7:00 a.m. every morning to walk. My best consistant success yet! And we've had homemade protein dinners everynight too :)

So I'm really enjoying the CDs Karen and I made. I switch them off every morning. I must say, I'm pleased with the way they turned out. Each one has a song or two that I can't listen to w/o singing along, like Summer of 69. That assures my breathing. And each CD has a song where I bounce (strech) my shoulders, like I'm Too Sexy. I do my "catwalk" during that song. Ya, I do my little walk on the treadmill, ya the treadmill, I shake my LITTLE toosh on the treadmill :) So fun!

I had three good pace days this week and one slow pace, but completion. I will probably go slow again tomorrow to give my body a fighting chance (oo, recognize the words from I Hope You Dance?). Anyway, felling pretty (pardon me) crapy physically, but pretty good about myself.

Love

A think a light exercise is good when you're sick. It gets the blood pumping to help fight the bad guys! Good for you for staying motivated!
