It's a Wednesday
I was thinking about adding 5 minutes to my walking time since I seem to only exercise 4 days a week and that would put me at 3 hours a week. I got to thinking, "isn't that what Susan said?" So I checked and I was supposed to be up to 4 hours a week 6 weeks ago. So, I decided to up my walk time by 10 minutes. Next week I will up my weight lifting by 5 minutes and the next week up either weight lifting or walking by 5 minutes. Then I will be at 4 hours a week and that is the schedual I need to keep. So, I am almost there. That is actually pretty exciting. I like it. When I am not too tired! So, after that, I will consider my next goal. Uping my speed more. I have never liked to run, so I don't see that yet. I could walk faster. In the summer, I will go to bike riding occasionally. For now I am happy to walk on the treadmill and watch TV. By the way, I am waiting at home today for our new washer and dryer to be delivered between 11:30 and 1:30. That has nothing to do with exercise, except that i do laundry when I exercise. Speaking of laundry, I need to go take a shower now.

Yep. I need to review my goals and update them, too. I need to figure out how to get 3 hours of walking in 4 or 5 days. On secnd thought, maybe I won't think about it too hard tonight. I'm pretty pooped out.
