Thanks Janet!
Yesterday, I felt aweful. Yucky. Weak. Tired. Janet called and told me to get on the treadmill for 10 minutes at a slow pace to keep the habit, so I did. Thank you so much, Janet. I wouldn't have done it if you hadn't encouraged me. Today I did 10 minutes slowly again. I've done too much and ate the wrong stuff and I am pooped. I am so looking forward to going to Janet's though. I love to have fun.

I just wanted to write a comment on my own post. I love you, Karen! Keep it up and don't give in to the tired monster. What if you weren't tired--ever? Think on that and work towards that!
