I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

Yes, I think you did say that. But thanks! I thought it was time we had a picture of us together. I don't think we did that when we had all the family shots at retirement time. Duh....
