Sick, yuk!

Well, Tuesday I went to boot camp and it was fine, but afterward I got set apart for my new calling and Grant had to leave the kids with me at the church. By the time I got home I could barely move. I did what I could to get them to bed asap. Then I vegged on the couch. The next morning I couldn't eat and then while I was getting the kids ready I threw up. The first time this pregnancy. I think it was a combination of pregnancy and some sort of bug. I then went and got my blood drawn and to the doctor's for my routine appointment. Everything was fine there, except that he couldn't hear a heart beat. So we had to do an Ultrasound and everything looked great. It's always nice to have an ultrasound done, it just extended an already long appointment by another 30 mins. Anyway, when I went to pick up my kids at my mom's, I was too exhausted to move, so I layed on her couch for a couple of hours. I just barely made it to the YMCA in time for Abby's dance class, so no working out that day. After dance we went to the end of Grant's soccer game. Afterwards I was sitting in the van while Grant was loading the kids because I didn't have the energy to help. While I was telling Grant about how good the kids were today, but how yucky I felt, Troy threw a huge rock and hit me in the head. I just broke down crying from such an emotional and physically exhausting day. The rock was pretty big, but it didn't hurt bad enough to cry the way I was crying! Then Grant suggested I not go to the YM/YW activity at the roller-rink. I told him I still wanted to go. So I did and had a good time. I just had to sit down most of the time. I came home and went to bed at 8:50 hoping I could sleep it off. Then Ashlin came in around midnight and kept complaining about her tummy until about 5am when she finally fell asleep for good. The rest of the kids were up at 7am and Ashlin stayed asleep until 10:20! The day went pretty well, but I still felt really weak. I forced myself to go to boot camp, even though I could barely walk. The first 5 minutes were rough, but then the juices started flowing, and I got my energy back. I still feel a little weak, but I think Boot camp really helped. I couldn't run as much as I usually do, but I did some good walking and weight lifting, and it was great!

Sorry for the long post.

Oh, Stacy. I'm so sorry you had such a bad time. Sometimes crying is all there is left to do. I can't believe you still went to Boot Camp and had a positive experience. What a trooper. Your kids are truly blessed to have you for their mother.
