I headed straight to the gym after work yesterday. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then at home I did some core excersises and stretched. It's been so long I have to start over. Again. But I went to the gym knowing that I would not be able to do what I wanted to do and I was ok with it. I talked myself through it, found my limits, and pushed through. Love it!
I've had a few rough weekends, mood and energy wise, lately. Getting back on the treadmill has already helped a ton. I've upped my B vitamins and I'm making sure I get better sleep. I'm feeling much better. Plus, I'm getting back in the kitchen and cooking again which has always been fun for me. Super!
That's all from me for now. I'll be back at the gym on Wednesday and again Saturday morning. Wish me luck!

Love you Margie! Congrats on your big start--again. My whole life is full of "agains", but that's okay! It helps keep me on track! Love, Mom
Great job, Margie! Way to keep at it! Making your goal obtainable is such a huge part of success. Keep up the good work. Also, good job on doing those other things that will help you be healthy. That has got to feel good just recognizing what needs to be done. Rock on, sister-friend.
Hey Babe! Great news from you! Glad to hear it.
I was notincing your April goal of a marathon. Heather Mecham is running one this month is Hawaii. She's been training for a while and I know this isn't her first. Do you have a training method? Her's seems to work really well for her. If you need/want tips let me know. I'll put you in contact with her.
