Hey! Today is Grant's birthday! Wow, I believe that is 31? 1978? Oh, dear, I am behind one year as I thought it was going to be the big 3 - 0.
Well, had a beautiful walk today with my friend, Linda. 50 minutes following 15 minutes stretching. That is such great news for my fat-burning hormones! Kick in there, please. Now I just MUST eat and run. Love you all.

I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

How nicwe that you have a walking buddy, mom! And a nice place to walk! I do enjoy watching TV while I walk, but a beautiful walk sounds so...beautiful!!! Keep up the good work!
