January's Evaluation
Well, today I hit the pavement first thing. for 30 minutes. Fantastic. No stretching or core, though. I just never get to the core stuff. I stretch when I feel the pain in my back and down my leg, and that definitely helps! I believe I'm ready to change my goal. I'll think about it and email Karen to post it. Oh, last week I scraped walls and ceilings for three days. Wow. It's amazing that I could even do it that long, right? Well, then I realized that my body was verrrrry weary, but I still felt like a person! No empty arms or legs! I was only a very tired person--not an empty carcas. That was a huge moment of gratitude, realization, encouragement, all those good things! So, 2009 is off to a great start!

That is so great about doing all of that work and still feeling like a person. You put my feelings into words. I felt like that after painting. Only my weariness didn't hit me until today. We are full of success aren't we??!!
Carcas?!? You said carcas!!! Does Grant know??
p.s. I love the simplisity of your re-evaluated goal.

Oh wait, maybe carcas was Cara Swann's word. Moist is Grant's word, right? Moist? I think moist. Ya, moist. Moist.
