Last week I exercised by painting for hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I definitely had more stamina. It didn't wipe me out.
Today, I was back on the treadmill for 20 minutes and all of that. I couldn't do the spaghetti sauce cans and had to go back to soup cans for weight lifting. It was a good lesson for me to see how fast my muscles weaken, so I need to keep up the workout. I am sure things will come back more easily, thought, because my body has been there before. Tomorrow is reevaluation day. What will I do? Whatever it is, it is going to be good!
