So it must be broken because when we started this thing 2.3 mph was as fast as it would go without making me run. All week I've been up to 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8 mph and I'm not even running. So it must be broken, right?
Hmmm...

Um, yeah, pretty much I think it's broken. A light jog should be at 3.5 or 4.0 mph.
Silly Stacy... Of course it's me! My treadmill is NOT broken. I just couldn't move my body very well in the begining. Any movement was too fast of movement. You see? I'M working better now :)
