So Monday was a run day. I now run on Mondays and Fridays. I wanted to quit the last minute and a half. So instead of quiting, I ran faster. Tuesday I walked fine but spent half the day taking it too easy. I thought my back hurt, but when I streched it, I realized it was my butt that hurt! Must've been the push on the treadmill the day before. But I don't regret it and would probably do the same thing again. I'm just happy it was a slow day at home. I walked today and feel just fine. Meatloaf last night, oven baked chicken tonight. BBQ beef in the crock pot tomorrow.
The kids are getting on the treadmill more these days. Dave keeps telling me what a good example I've been. I'm happy for them and their futures. :)
