Tomorrow is Friday...
...which means today is Thursday. OK. Wednesday, my kidney channels were aching (they run up the inside of your legs) so I lightly bounced on the trampoline for 10 minutes and then did stretching. I feel successful because I did something even when I REALLY didn't want to. Today, I got back on the treadmill for 20 minutes. I actually stretched fo 15 minutes today because I was on the phone with Dan and not watching the time. : ) That is the exercising tip of the day...don't watch the clock. Or is it "talk on the phone to distract yourself" or is it "stretch for longer than you normally do everynow and then so then when you do the normal time, it doesn't seem so long" I don't know. Use the one that fits your needs best! : ) This is helping me get my laundry done at a better pace for the septic system, too! 2 or 3 loads a day because I start it while I am downstairs to exercise. Just a great side beneift. Another tip of the day: Look for the side benifits of your exercising. I am all tipped out, so I am off!

Well, I think your tips are great! You must be the "tipster" (you know, like dad's "jokester"? If side benefits help, then use them, right? On Dasher, on dancer, etc.... Mom
