I know
I'm not very good at this. I keep making up excuses as to why I shouldn't do it. This is hard! And you all know this. Because you all are battling through and making it happen. Go team! I'm just falling a little bit behind. That's all.
Yes, it's hard. Make it more simple to do. It doesn't have to be huge to be beneficial! A "small" achievement is better than a big one that you can't keep facing! Mom
I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.
