Back in the Saddle
Alright, the holidays are over, no more stake temple night this month. I went to Yoga yesterday and I've got no reason to miss Boot Camp tonight. Let's see how I do after 2 1/2 weeks off. AUGH!
I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.
Karen
I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

Yoga once a week, bootcamp twice a week, jog 20 minutes twice a week, be an incredibly fabulous nurse once a week and chase Troy for 3 hours once a week!

I will play basketball on Tues and Thurs for 1-2 hours
