That was scary!
Lifting weights (cans of soup) was scary because it made my arms tired which brought back bad memories of my arms being tired and not recovering from it. So, it is time to move through that and see that my body is different. I did the 10 minutes and I will see that I can recover from the exercise with no problem. I walked for 20 minutes and stretched for 10 minutes twice, because I stretched during scripture time so I wouldn't have to later, but then did anyway. So, there you have it. My day in a nutshell. How about that?
