Oops, I over did it

Today I was supposed to add in 10 minutes of weights. Instead, I thought I would shovel the driveway. I did that for a total of 30 minutes, thinking I would do that in place of walking. Bad idea. That was 30 minutes of weight lifting. Tomorrow I will do it differently. Especially because after all of that time and help from the kids, I still didn't get done. So, it doesn't matter if I do a shorter time and not get done. Learning experience. Like Janet told me "Ding, ding" when the timer goes off, it is time to stop!
