Getting back to things...

Well, it's been crazy lately. So, I need to get back on track here. Actually, though, it hasn't all been bad, because every once in a while I look for an opportunity to stretch or walk, that in the past I probably wouldn't have explored. So, maybe slowly my health patterns will improve. It's time to get back on track with the eating choices, too. Actually, we won't be going grocery shopping for another week, because we are not going to be in one place very long. So, for now it is whatever is in the cupboard, rather than the fresh veggies that I have grown to just love and miss! I do have a box if Quinoa to cook up, though. Yum! Good-for-you things also can taste good! Ooops, I'm getting hungry. Better go!

All you who just keep trying are so inspiring to me. Please keep it up for me as well as for yourself. Thanks.
