We arrived in Glendale Mon. evening. Today, Tues., I was very active! I scraped and scraped at the ugly wallpaper in the bathroom. Lots of arm workout time. And I impulsively stepped out of the front yard on this absolutely gorgeous day and ended up timing the walk to Curves and back. It's about 15 minutes to get there. Someday when we live here I hope to join Curves. I can walk there for a warmup and home for the cool down! How perfect. Oh, and it is uphill on the way there, which means it is downhill on the way home! More perfect. In the meantime, I just have to keep myself going. Today is only one ding, but it is a good one!
Oh, another find. A chiropractor's office just a 5 minute walk from 3322 Castera Ave. Yeah!

I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.
