Fitness Tip of the Day

Today's Fitness Tip of the Day says that when you accomplish a short or long term goal, to reward yourself well. Any ideas on a good reward?

I get a kick out of putting the check marks on my chart. Silly, but it really does give a satisfaction that I miss now that I've missed a couple of days. I guess I better go fix that! Mom
