Yahoo!!!

I walked for 15 minutes and stretched for 10!! I have been up since 4;30, so I have made 2 batches of rice, turned one into Fried rice, and started soup in the crock pot meant for breakfast. Don't forget the bread in the bread machine. So, I am feeling sucessful today. I might walk a little more later after I see how my body responds. Love you all!

Yep. Some days are over at noon because it got started so early. Count it fantastic!
