I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

Jannie! Are you okay? Were you sick a while back? It seems like you might have been, but I can't remember. Or are you just not "into it" these days? Ha! Perhaps you need a little more action in your life to liven you up! That's supposed to be a joke. If you are not chuckling, I apologize. Love you!
