Thurs- 50minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes of "pumping iron"
Fri- 45 min spinning class (it was my first time and my bum bones are killing me!)

yea, what is spinning--for some reason it sounds like fun! Do you get dizzy? You rock!
No dizzyness involved! It's cycling on a stationary bike. There is an instructor leading the class with super upbeat music. You do rolling hills, sprint uphill, fast flats, etc. It's quite a workout but I really enjoy it. The best part? You control your resistance!
Gosh Stacy. You impress me. You sound like an animal! And you're pregnant too! Woo!
