My weight program

Mom, my weight "program" is that I get my one pounds weights and sit on the couch and start with putting both on one knee and do leg lifts. I do both legs a few times--depending on how strong I feel that day. Then, I do all kinds of lifts with my arms. On good days I do stuff above my head, on bad days, I keep my elbows close to my body. I work the triceps and biceps and shoulder blades and shoulders--for that I put my arms straight down and scrunch my shoulders up and then release. I learned it all from Denise Austin!! No exercise yesterday and today. Another round of head cold. Maybe the same one coming and going. Love you lots! I think your step counter is such a great idea. that has got to be motivating! Karen
