Today was the first day I was supposed to walk 30 min and stretch. I did it. Then we went to SLC. We had Dave's chaplain orientation and Dave was set apart and I got a blessing. That was the final item on the check list. He's now official with the army and with the church.
I think the B day party will be afternoon time. We haven't nailed down a specific time. Do you have a suggestion. 1 ish? 2 ish?

I will walk 30 minutes 4 times a week. I will do 30 minutes of stretching and weight lifting 4 times a week. This may or may not occur on the same day.

I will do low impact exercisig including stretching and some weight lifting. On July 4th I will participate in a 5K

On Friday and Monday, I will include 15 minutes of running in my treadmill time. Tuesday - Thursday, I will continue to walk for 20 minutes, or one mile, which ever is further. I will stretch before and after. On Feb 10th, I will add 10 minutes to my Tues-Thurs time. I will participate in a 5k on July 4th.

Congratulations to DAVID!! And the supporting wife--JANET. So what's next? Is Dave still finishing a class?
2ish will ensure that we make it, but I think we're going to leave Thursday now, so it shouldn't matter. The girls are really excited about seeing you and your kids. They loved the christmas card and pointing out their "friends Sarah & Cortnie"!
