Well, today I slept through the alarm for 45 minutes! Dad was in Glendale. So today I got extra sleep, no walk, but stretched.
I'm considering changing my goal to walking 3 times a week for 1 hour and on the other 2 or 3 days doing weights of some sort. I read in the Reader's Digest that people who replaced some of their cardio with weight lifting lost more body fat than those who did strictly cardio. I'm thinking.....
