5 dfays walking and stretching this week. Woohoo! And by CA terms, it was pretty cold. But 5 days is good because Tues. I cannot walk since I have an appt. with Susan. I'm getting stronger, but not skiniier. I'm ready to see results in the body department. How is everyone else doing?

Good job on the 5 days, mom! Hurray! Getting stonger is so fun isn't it? I love that feeling--very empowering. Keep it up and other things will fall into place in their right time.
I saw body changes when I cut sugar and wheat last year. None since I started exersizing though... I guess time will tell. So proud of you though. 5 days NICE, nice work!
