Step'n It Up
My new goal is to walk a mile and a half. I figured I'd better get a move on if I am going to walk 3 in July. I am getting more sleep. Susan says 9 hours is imperitive and for a while I have to do 9 1/2. She also told me to take GABA when I wake up and can't go back to sleep. I did that yesterday and today and that helped. So, my sleep is more productive. Not getting sleep is throwing off my immune system. Being so tired makes it hard to stay away from sugar, so I am hoping this will make changes in my life. I feel more substantial after 2 full nights of sleep. I am more in the groove of going to bed at 9 or 9:30. I just have to stay there. No late date nights or anything. Anyway, I walked for over 30 minutes, stretched for 10 and lifted weights for 10. I exercised 4 times this week and I am pretty happy about that. I am finally to the point where I notice if I go too long without exercising--I don't feel as good. So, I love progress, and I love you!
