HI There

Hello to all. Welcome to our family excercise support group. We are just getting started here, so things may look weird for a while. Or not. Whatever. Either way, we are glad you are here.

One thing to remember, any progress is good progress. Each of us at our different levels and strengths, we are here to support each other. We will be your biggest cheerleader. Your loudest fan.

As kinks get worked out and this really gets moving (ha ha) Karen and I will be needing some information from you. Nothing painful or invasive. Just a little get to know you so we can all introduce ourselves and get familliar.

So make your self comfortable, get a healthy snack, and be prepared to be motivated. Because I sense some big changes are about to happen.
