A new approach...

Well, I have been stretching and doing some weight work. When I get around to walking again, it will be for only 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the stretching feels great, and the weights are a brand new experience and fun. My back is lasting much better through the day while I have to spend so much time on my feet. I am so happy about that. Stretching is fun and weights feel good.
