I'm Moving
..not my house, just my body. Today I walked and stretched and lifted weights for a total of 45 minutes. Yesterday I did it all for an hour and 15 or so. Saturday during conference, I lifted weights for about a half hour. Friday, I exercised, too. I am feeling better about the low impact stuff. I bought a Tai Chi DVD from Costco to try out. I will let you know how it goes. I will exercise tomorrow and Thursday for a total of 4 times this week before we go to Janet's. I am hoping I am not getting Bronchitis. Tyler has it now.
