I've been MIA for that past long while. Sorry. But I'm feeling motivated to get out again and hit the pavement.
Update: The marathon was a bust. I've been having soreness in my hip when I run so I did not marathon this year. And, surprisingly, I'm ok with it. Kinda disapointed, but ultimately ok. I moved that weekend instead. Which has been fabulous!
So, my new goal: to WALK for 30 minutes 3 times a week. Which is WAY less than what I would normally challenge myself to do. But, surprisinly, I'm ok with it.
The hours of daylight are growing and the weather is turning to spring. It's a good time to be getting outside again.
