It's Thurs., and I have stretched now three days in a row! It really does feel good to stretch.
I almost wrote, "It really does feel food..." You know what? I need dinner!

Well, fyi, I stretched maybe 4 times last week--maybe more.
So yesterday and today I stretched.
And I am trying Jorge Cruise's belly-fat busting recommendations:
15/6
That is no more than 15 grams of sugar per day, 5 per meal.
And 6 servings of carbs at day--5-10 grams per serving.
Ellen and I report to each other on our anti-sugar efforts on Monday evenings. That is supposed to help me be "true to myself" on my wild weekends.
Can't wait for Cruise's book to come out the end of December.

Once
around the block with the ladies! With a stop at my VTing companion to see the cute dresses she made. My day is fufilled! And yet, there is more to go. VTing and possibly canning peaches. The pears aren't ready, gratefully! Go, go gadget legs!
I'm so glad I decided to post this morning, and discovered Karen's successes, and MARGIE'S here, too! I'm very excited as this is exactly what I need to keep going!

I talked to Jannie last night a bit and she is joining Kathy with a personal trainer. We need to see if she can get back to the blog a little, too. Of course, I didn't think about speaking with her about the blog until hours later. Bring it up the next time you talk with her.

Go Margie, Go Margie, Go Margie!
Awesome, sister! Slow is definitely the way to go! : ) I walked with the ladies this morning. I was really tired and was going back and forth, but then I thought, "if I do one thing today, what do I want it to be?" So, I went walking! Got in socialization, exercise and more than 20 minutes of Vit D! Wahooo! I have had a smooth day. I tend to get tired at 3:00, which is when Rebekah gets home now. Oh well. We planted two apple trees on Monday! You would think we had a yard! Therapy is going well.

Went for a 30 minute walk last night. I've decided this is super important for my mental health. Let alone physical. I've scheduled two evenings a week to make it happen. I'll do it on the weekend too if that happens to fit in, but no commitment on that yet. Going slow to prevent injuries that always happen to me.
With the weather starting to turn it's my favorite time of year. So hopefully I'll be able to stick with it this time.

Karen's report on the week so far...
I walked 3 times this week so far. Once with the ladies around the block, twice 10 minutes down stairs and stretch for 10. I am happy to be moving again! Go ladies, go!
